Winter Perennial Planter

The Small Pot is light weight with a 13 inch diameter and is 12 inches tall. It comes in bronze or gray and contains 3-4 varieties of perennial plants.  All of the plants can be transplanted or kept in the planter for year round enjoyment.
The Large Pot is light weight in a bronze finish with a 14.5 inch diameter and is 10 inches tall. It contains 5-6 varieties of perennial plants.  All of the plants can be transplanted or kept in the planter for year round enjoyment.
All planters come with organic soil and organic fertilizer that will feed the pot for up to 3 months and include a care card.
